Hey there folks! We’ve got a special treat for you today. By now I’m sure you know that we do our part to bring attention to other fantasy projects. Up until now, they’ve been mostly confined to books and comics, but today we get the opportunity to show off the work of our friend Christopher Fielder and his awesome tabletop fantasy RPG.
Ascendant Destiny is a flexible RPG system in line with things like D&D and Pathfinder, as well as other D20/D10 systems. That’s all well and good, but it’s Chris’s passion that you’ll appreciate for this project. The system offers a bit more flexibility than the more popular ones, because you aren’t constrained to a specific class. You can grow your character as you like. I love it, as it has the feel of the old MMO Ultima Online, realized as a tabletop system.
Chris has spent an enormous amount of time and effort to gather art and material for his game system, and playtested with it for close to 15 years—one stop over at the Kickstarter will surely show it. Ascendant Destiny needs the support of folks like you, so definitely head over and see if would be something you’d be interested in!
