Dungeon &#8211; Animal Set Preview 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Howdy!\u00a0 Last year, Tellest released it&#8217;s very first videogame tie-in\u2014a spinoff of a spinoff, if you will.\u00a0 Merge Dungeon has launched on Kongregate, and we&#8217;re updating it all the time.\u00a0 We&#8217;re also planning on our next big changes, and figuring out where else we can put it.\u00a0 Seems like it would be a pretty good mobile game, right?\u00a0 We&#8217;ll see what we can do there&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, I thought we could look at some more of the content in the game.\u00a0 We already looked at slimes and skeletons.\u00a0 Let&#8217;s look at some merge-worthy critters from the animal chamber.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tellest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Rat.png\"><img \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It all starts with one lowly rat (as the plague usually does, though that&#8217;s another game entirely).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tellest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Plague-Rat.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-23406\" 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Of course, if you merge the tiny rats together, you get bigger meaner rats (this one actually\u00a0<em>is\u00a0<\/em>a plague rat).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tellest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Giant-Rat.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-23404\" 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Giant rats are troublesome for adventurers, but not altogether unbeatable.\u00a0 Still, I wouldn&#8217;t want to be nicked by one of those chompers!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tellest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Bat.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-23399\" with your standard bat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tellest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Vampire-Bat.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-23408\" src=\"http:\/\/tellest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Vampire-Bat-300x282.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tellest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Vampire-Bat-300x282.png 300w, https:\/\/tellest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Vampire-Bat.png 775w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Upgrading from there gets you to a mangy looking vampire bat!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tellest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Giant-Bat.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-23403\" src=\"http:\/\/tellest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Giant-Bat-300x282.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tellest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Giant-Bat-300x282.png 300w, https:\/\/tellest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Giant-Bat.png 775w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once you move from there, you go even bigger.\u00a0 This bat is so big, it&#8217;s a wonder it&#8217;s able to stay aloft!<\/p>\n<p>And here, you have this first set of disease-riddled beasties.\u00a0 There are about 30 animals to upgrade to in Merge Dungeon, so this is just a very quick preview!<\/p>\n<p><a
